Back in 2011, our founder noticed something frustrating: most salons felt transactional. Cold chairs, rushed appointments, staff who barely remembered your name. So she decided to do something different. Willow & Co opened its doors with one goal — create a place that felt like home. Over 13 years, we've grown from four stations to the full-service salon and spa you see today. But here's the thing we've never changed: we still know our regulars' kids' names, we still ask how your week really was, and we still believe that good hair and good vibes go hand in hand.
